Breakfast With Santa

This past Saturday the parks and rec department put on this fabulous Breakfast with Santa event. I went with a winter wonder land theme. We served breakfast to close to 400 people. Of course we had to tell Grace she was going to Breakfast with Breakfast. She is still VERY afraid of the big man.
Mmm what to get Emmit for Christmas? A Balloon.

Emmit taking his first close look of Santa.

And of course quickly became freaked out.
You will notice there are no pictures of Grace even close to Santa this year. Just for the record Grace we tried several times, but I was afraid the people at the event were going to call CPS on me.

At least Grace likes to get dressed up for Christmas.

Good job to Josh who got both kids ready and dressed up for the event. Putting tights on Grace isn't the easiest of things.

What cute pics! I will be showing C the ones of your event for sure, because he has his breakfast with Santa this weekend!

What is it with kids and balloons? Emmett would be completely happy if he had one with him at all times. We can't go to the mall with out a visit to Nordstrom to pick one up.

Nicole I love the winter wonderland theme. Nicely done. You could pull off these events with your eyes closed now. Please post the video of Grace explaining that she wants Christmas to be over, thanks to the creepy old man with the big belly in all red who never shaves. I love that little girl. Oh, and since you ladies are talking about balloons. I've found that if you tie a balloon (helium balloon) to the ankle of a 5 month old it can really keep him entertained.

They look ADORABLE! And Brooke, mom of the year, please keep balloons away from small children that could bite them, pop them, and inhale them. Food for thought.
